By accessing or using HummyTummy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
HummyTummy provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform that includes point of sale (POS), kitchen display system (KDS), QR menu, table management, and related services.
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to harm or disrupt the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer the software
Payment Terms
The core features are free forever and require no credit card; you pay only for the annual licence, modules, integrations and capacity items you buy, plus any one-time credits and services. Annual items are billed in advance and prorated to the days remaining until your account's anniversary, so everything lands on one invoice that renews on a single date. Renewal is manual: we do not store cards or charge them automatically. If an item goes unpaid, access to those paid features stops after a 7-day grace period, while your data is retained. Payments are collected through PayTR in Turkish Lira only. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these terms. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HummyTummy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HummyTummy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date.
